TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW

From solid waste to energy infrastructure

The supplied technical proposal describes a modular gasification configuration designed to process municipal solid waste, generate synthesis gas and feed gas-powered electrical generators. Final performance, emissions, permitting, feedstock and economics must be validated site by site.

Project materials describe synthesis gas containing principally hydrogen (H₂), carbon monoxide (CO) and methane (CH₄).

Generation configuration

Referenced configuration: two 1 MW generators plus two 500 kVA generators, powered by conditioned synthesis gas.

Filtration & controls

The supplied design includes process monitoring, controls and particle-filtration/capture systems. Environmental performance requires independent verification.

Referenced system scope

1 MW generatorApprox. 3.6 m × 1.6 m × 2.2 m
Modular constructionDesigned to facilitate transportation and installation
Core equipmentGasifier, pumps, extractors, conveyors, tanks, controls and filtration

Installation & civil works

The technology supplier prepares the executive civil-works requirements for equipment foundations and installation; external storage, offices and other non-process facilities remain project-specific.

Training

Referenced proposal includes five days of local staff training covering operation and maintenance.

Support & documentation

Technical support is referenced for the first year, with detailed operation and maintenance documentation at completion.

Warranty & schedule

Referenced full-system warranty: two years. Referenced execution objective: 120–150 days after contract, subject to site and contractual conditions.
